Maine Coon

The Maine Coon is friendly and playful. They are happy to play with toys on their own and particularly enjoy cat-nip filled toys as well as scratching posts. However their love of people means they also enjoy playing games like fetch with their owners. Despite their large size, this cat has a surprisingly soft, quiet voice. Even though they have long hair like the Persian, they require much less grooming and a weekly brushing will suffice.
