Charities
We support and work closely with a few chosen charities and strongly encourage those who want a pet to consider providing a home to one of the many gorgeous creatures waiting for new owners in the many animal rescue centres doing great work around the country. We don’t approve of puppy farms – or anyone who does not place animal welfare at the top of their list of priorities.
Here are some of those whom we believe are doing magnificent work:
Battersea Dogs & Cats Home
Battersea need no introduction; each year the home cares for Every year the home cares for over 10,600 dogs and cats. We were delighted to help with the Coats & Collars ball.

For over 40 years Katz Castle have been rescuing and rehoming unwanted cats, while our indoor and outdoor cattery has provided holiday homes for cats from near to far.

Founded in 1891, Dogs Trust is the largest dog welfare charity in the UK, caring for around 16,000 dogs each year. They never put a healthy dog down.

The Mayhew Animal Home was established in 1886 and is currently one of the busiest and most effective animal welfare organisations in London, helping thousands of dogs, cats, rabbits and other animals escape a life of abandonment, neglect and cruelty each year.

Rabbit Rehome is based around an internet website which includes a database of over 600 rabbits available for adoption, a list of rescue centres, special appeals, information on volunteering, printable posters and guides to rabbit care.

The Blue Cross's four animal hospitals treat sick and injured pets when their owners can’t afford private fees. The Blue Cross treats around 30,000 poorly pets every year and has rehoming centres too.
