As natural hunters, Brittanys need lots of exercise and will particularly enjoy retrieving toys like balls and Frisbees. Because their hunting instinct is liable to kick in at any time it’s important to have them on a lead near traffic. These dogs make good companions as well as hunting dogs, but their high energy means some people prefer to keep them outside- a kennel provides them with their own home away from (your) home!
