
We all make mistakes, and at PetsPyjamas.com we know that sometimes that diamante dog collar doesn't look right or doesn't fit properly. And whilst we advise that you check the relevant size-guide for any products you might buy (and our essential reading piece How To Measure Your Dog), pet clothes sizing is not an exact science. If you need to return an item, below you can find the standard PetsPyjamas.com return policy. You can also check our partners' specific returns policies (if different) from any of their product pages.
PetsPyjamas.com Standard Returns Policy
All orders of standard items can be cancelled (for any reason) for a refund or exchange. However, you must inform the relevant partner of your wish to return these items within 28 working days of receiving them. The products must then be returned to the partner (at your own cost) within 14 days of receiving the item.
For damaged/faulty items, please contact the partner concerned within 48 hours through the “My Orders” link for the relevant item in your PetsPyjamas customer account. You will then be issued with return guidance from the partner.
All items must be returned unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging (with any labels still attached). Please use a ‘signed for’ delivery method and obtain proof of postage.
Please note any exemptions and exceptions to the standard returns procedure, where the following items are likely to be non-returnable and non-refundable: personalised/customised items, perishable products (such as food), grooming products, large items of furniture which are often custom made and custom home wares. Please make sure you understand the relevant partner’s return policy before you buy products.
