A dazzling Amanda Holden wowed the crowds at the Animal Hero Awards on Thursday night in a beautiful white, sequined gown.
The Britain’s got Talent judge was the main host for the evening at the Langham Hotel in London, which celebrates heroic animals and their owners. The awards were created by the Daily Mirror and the RSPCA who decided to put together an event which would recognise the commitment of individuals who fight to improve welfare for animals, alongside the bravery of those animals who have shown incredible resilience. Amongst the guests were Sarah Harding, Pussycat Dolls stars Ashley Robers and Kimberley Wyatt, and Eastenders actress Shona McGarty. Each guest was given a toy animal to take home with them and a happy looking Amanda tweeted a picture of herself with her two new little friends.
Earlier in the day she made an appearance on the Paul O’Grady Show where she discussed her recent book ‘No Holding Back’, telling Paul that writing it had been ‘torture’.
The two celebrities have connected over their mutual love of animals as both Paul and Amanda are patrons of the Battersea Dog’s Home. Earlier this month Amanda and Paul both attended the Battersea ‘Coats and Collars’ ball which PetsPyjamas were proud sponsors of.
