The victorious establishments were based on past customer reviews and decided by our travel experts with awards ranging from Best Pet-Friendly Rooms to Most Romantic Pet-Friendly Establishment.

Our CEO Gracia Amico said, “We created the pet travel awards to celebrate a new level of customer service and understanding in the hospitality industry. We believe dogs are such important members of the family and our customers want to include them in their travel plans.”

“The properties we work with have proved themselves to be truly pet loving and go that extra mile to make pets as welcome as their owners. We are delighted to be working so closely with so many fabulous properties and wish to reward them by putting their efforts firmly in the limelight.”

The Old Swan & Minster Mill in Oxfordshire won the ultimate honour – our Golden Bone Award for Overall Best Pet-Friendly Establishment.

Our CEO Gracia Amico personally presented the award to the hotel and Marketing Director Adrienne Eastwood was there to accept it. She said, “On behalf of Lana de Savary and the whole team at the Old Swan & Minster Mill, we would like to thank PetsPyjamas for this great accolade of being voted the Best Overall Pet-Friendly Establishment for 2015 and our Golden Bone!”

This year’s awards have been such a success and we look forward to getting bigger and better every year, as well as giving pet-friendly destinations the recognition they so thoroughly deserve.
