A Tale of Two Shaggy Sheepdogs

Old English Sheepdog sisters Sophie and Sarah are taking the internet by storm in a series of images that document their everyday escapades.

The adorable twosome can be seen enjoying walks in the mountains, sitting at the dinner table, hanging out with doggie friends and even enjoying a trip to McDonalds.

All the photos have been taken by their owner Cees Bol, an amateur photographer from Sibculo in the Netherlands with the help of his partner Hanneke van de Watering.

Cees said, “The main reason I take the photos is so I can make people happy and put a smile on their face – well, Sophie and Sarah do.”

“In a world full of bad things, I found a way to make it a little bit brighter. And seeing people happy makes me happy.”

“We get a lot of messages about the pictures such as your pictures make my day, when I’m sad I look at your pictures and I feel better, your photos make me happy and warm.”

All of Cees’ images are posted onto hosting site 500px and the photos have received almost 60,000 views. He is now planning to create a book about the lives of Sophie and Sarah – we can’t wait!
