The Prime Minister gains a canine companion


Yesterday Prime Minister, David Cameron, visited Battersea Dogs and Cats Home for the first time, and what a joy it must have been for him!

Among the enthusiastic canines that Cameron met were a Yorkshire Terrier, called Bertie, who arrived at the home three days ago after being found roaming the streets, and Phyllis the Mongrel, who was found in a Marks & Spencer car park in June.
