Nestled within the Owlpen valley in the Cotswolds lies The Grist Mill, a dog-friendly grade II listed water mill dating to 1728 in Gloucestershire. Having been carefully converted into a beautiful holiday cottage – with much of the original machinery still intact, guests can explore how the building used to work as a functioning mill which predates the industrial revolution.
