To celebrate Geoffrey, the Tatler dog’s first birthday PetsPyjamas delivered a personalised\u00a0birthday treat box<\/a> to his offices at Vogue House and had a lovely catch-up with his owner Jennifer George. Geoffrey\u00a0was delighted with his treat box<\/a> which contained a matching lead and collar set, some delicious banana treats, a fun rope toy, a beefy Woof bar and a gorgeous spotty bandana! With balloons and doggie cakes too,\u00a0it was waggy tails all round! Woof! Woof!<\/p>\n

\n<\/a>How did Geoffrey celebrate the rest of his birthday?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

LOTS of chicken, a few more new toys to destroy, and a run around Battersea Park.<\/p>\n

Does he come every day to work with you? How does he fit in at the office?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Yes I’m really lucky to be able to take him into the office every day, as my boss loves Dachshunds. He’s sort of been brought up commune-style, with an office full of mothers and fathers. After a year of puppy madness and a few (ok a lot) of accidents during the first few months, he now is very chilled and spends most of the day asleep on his bed under my desk. Apart from when he’s digging in bins for left overs or harassing the other office dog, Tullah the Welsh terrier.
\nHe has a 4 day week in the office- he goes to Doggy Day Care one day a week to make sure he’s being sociable with other dogs.<\/p>\n

Where are his favourite places to walk?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Battersea Park and the fields of Somerset<\/p>\n

Does Geoffrey have any favourite restaurants\/pubs\/cafes? Do you have any recommendations?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ben’s Canteen in Battersea, Cafe Colbert on Sloane Square are both dog friendly weekend spots. The Running Horse in Mayfair is a lovely dog friendly pub, and Geoffrey is well known there. Its a great place for me to take clients when I need to take the dog with me too.<\/p>\n

Has he been on any pet-friendly breaks with you?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Not yet- apart from my parents place in Somerset<\/a>!<\/p>\n

Does Geoffrey have any best friends?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Tullah (the original Tatler dog) is slowly coming around to the idea of Geoffrey. Bea, an office dog at a travel company in Fulham, is a black pug puppy who Geoffrey met recently. They spent a good 30 minutes chasing each other in circles.<\/p>\n

What is the best thing about Geoffrey?<\/strong><\/p>\n

His running is hilarious- he goes so fast his back legs disappear underneath him. He’s also a great travel companion- he’s been commuting with me since he was 9 weeks old so on the train, bus, even tube he’s super relaxed.<\/p>\n

Do you and Geoffrey have any favourite\u00a0PetsPyjamas products?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Geoffrey is a big fan of these items, he’s already started his Christmas wish-list!<\/p>\n
