A benefit of calming the senses for both dog and owner, this is also a wonderful bonding session.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;If there&#8217;s stress and tension in you, your dog may pick up on this&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><em>\u00a0&#8211; explains TV dog trainer Graeme Hall AKA The Dogfather in our live Instagram interview with him.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>We are incredibly fortunate to be guided through a live Doga session by Norwich-based Yoga instructor, <a href=\"http:\/\/grixyoga.co.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Grix Yoga<\/a>.
