On the weekend of 20th & 21st April, the Coppernose cafe will be celebrating all things dog!\u00a0 This cafe is the little brother to the Mitre Hotel<\/a> and they are promising a fun-filled day out for you and your four-legged friend.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Come and discover an impressive and bright exhibition of dog art by \u2018<\/span>Woof Portraits<\/span><\/a>\u2019 and a pop-up studio photoshoot by \u2018<\/span>Woof Photography<\/span><\/a>\u2019. Ryan Hodge is the passionate pet portrait artist behind the work – and he is one of our Priority Paws partners too! Each portrait is built up in many layers of hand-drawn detail and features a statement background colour.\u00a0 You can commission one of Ryan\u2019s fun, contemporary Pop Art style works on the day, to really capture your dog\u2019s personality.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Any clear image can be used as a reference image for a custom portrait, making them perfect for gifts for dog lovers!\u00a0 However, an image taken by a professional photographer provides the optimum amount of detail and lighting to work from, making this event a fantastic opportunity as there is an opportunity to get professional photos taken on the day!<\/span><\/p>\n

The Mitre<\/a> is a refined yet relaxed boutique hotel on the banks of the River Thames next to Hampton Court Palace. Having been built in 1665 under the direction of Charles II as a hostel for visitors to Hampton Palace it has recently undergone an extensive and swish makeover and has been transformed into a super stylish country house hotel with a boating theme. Its nine beautifully decorated dog-friendly bedrooms are very Instagrammable and are conveniently situated on the ground floor with a courtyard and lots of doggie extras. With gorgeous river walks on the doorstep, you can also enjoy strolls in the Royal Parks and dog-friendly boat trips. Dine with your dog in the Coppernose, Orangery or terraces. Hampton Court Palace with its dog-friendly gardens is just a short stroll away.<\/span><\/p>\n
