Laid back to the point of being a little on the lazy side, the Chow Chow needs to be encouraged to go on daily walks. When he returns from these, however, he will usually be happy to doze on a doggy duvet (preferably in a cool spot). Their tendency to snore, however, means you may want to keep their bed out of ear shot! Their long, fluffy coat requires a lot of love and attention, and it should be brushed daily to help keep it matt free, clean and also to spread its moisturising, natural oils.
