Springer Spaniels are friendly, family dogs that want to be included in everything. Originally bred for hunting, they need vigorous exercise. They also want to play a lot- toys that make noises or have flashing lights will spark their interest. Due to their good looks and eagerness to please, they often make excellent show dogs.
