Kind and gentle, the English Toy Spaniel makes a very loyal companion and doesn't require too much exercise. These little dogs are often happy to be carried in pet carriers or pushed in a stroller for longer journeys, but a daily walk is still recommended to keep them behaving beautifully. Some are picky eaters so they may need to be tempted with particularly delicious doggy dinners- placing their food in an elevated food bowl makes for more comfortable (and cleaner!) eating.
