Goldendoodles are adorable-looking, affectionate dogs. Their playfulness can quickly turn to mischief, however, so they need to be kept entertained by going for jogs and playing with toys. Their gentle nature means they don’t make for great guard dogs- they are likely to just play with an intruder! This sensitivity also means they respond badly to harsh training and instead you should use positive reinforcement training with treats as rewards.
