Favouring life in the fast-lane, the Greyhound has a strong chasing instinct and is therefore best kept on their lead if there are lots of other dogs around the park- their owners need to be fairly fit to keep up with them though! Because of their floppy ears, they benefit from regular ear cleaning- either using a specialist wipe or a canine ear cleaning solution on a gauze pad. Prone to skin problems, these dogs should be only be bathed occasionly using a hypo-allergenic shampoo.
