Animated and playful, the Kerry Blue Terrier has real sporting ability. Off the lead they can run like the wind, and they adore playing catch with a ball or Frisbee in the park. In view of their active nature, it is perhaps unsurprising that they display a hearty appetite, and they demand quite large doggy dinners! Unlike many other dogs, shampooing regularly won't dry this breed's skin out (in fact, a weekly bath is considered a must by most owners).
