Pets Pyjamas is more than a shop; it’s a lifestyle magazine, a blog and a community. We have tried to make finding the perfect product for your pet as painless as possible, as well as offering inspiration with our in-house pet stylist’s picks. Here are just a few ways to find that perfect product:
By Breed Just select “Search by Breed” in the drop down menu and choose your pet type and select your breed from the list. You will then find all of our stylist’s favourite picks for anything from a Labradoodle to a Guinea Pig.
Search box The search box is the quickest way to find anything on the site. Just enter the type of product you want to find, or the brand, or the material, or the colour and we’ll do the finding for you.
Inspiration As well as our stylist’s picks for breeds, thePetsPyjamas Blogis a great place to go for ideas and information about what’s best for your pet.
Community spirit… We recognise that there’s only so much of your pet’s pampering and care that can be carried out online, and that’s why we want to help you find your most local and convenient real life pet services (all with our exacting seal of approval). Whether your pup’s coat needs a trim or your budgie needs an annual check-up at the vet,Your Pet Neighbourhood will pinpoint your best local options.

Select your items
To order items through our site simply select as many products as you like from any of our partners and click “add to basket”. You’ll pay for these products through one easy checkout payment and we’ll notify each partner of your order. You will be notified by email when they accept your order.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Switch, Visa, Delta, Maestro, MasterCard and American Express. Your card won’t be charged until the seller accepts your order. Our online payment processing is completely secure and endorsed with VeriSign and McAfee certificates.
When you place your order we will agree payment with your bank, but we won’t take payment until our partner accepts your order.
Each order is sent directly from the maker or distributor that we’ve formed a partnership with. As such, items from different partners in the same order will incur separate postage costs. Charges and delivery times will vary between items and partners, but we make sure they are always as reasonable as possible whilst still ensuring the safe and speedy delivery of your order. See our delivery page for greater detail.
Delivery on standard items is normally within seven working days (but often much quicker), and within 30 days for custom made items. Many of our partners offer next-day services if orders are placed before 4pm.
You will be notified by our partner when your order is dispatched. Occasionally factors outside the control of our partners can delay your order after dispatch. Your patience in these circumstances is greatly appreciated.

Returns & Refunds
All orders of standard items can be cancelled (for any reason) for a refund or exchange. However, you must inform the relevant partner of your wish to return these items within 7 working days of receiving them. The products must then be returned to the partner (at your own cost) within 14 days of receiving the item.
For damaged/faulty items, please contact the partner concerned within 48 hours through the "Enquiry" button on your orderspage for the relevant item (. You will then be issued with return guidance from the partner.
All items must be returned unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging (with any labels still attached). Please use a ‘signed for’ delivery method and obtain proof of postage.
Please note any exemptions and exceptions to the standard returns procedure, where the following items are likely to be non-returnable and non-refundable: personalised/customised items, perishable products (such as food), grooming products, large items of furniture which are often custom made and custom home wares. Please make sure you understand the relevant partner’s return policy before you buy products.
