How do I make a booking?
The best way to make a booking is to call our Pet Concierge on 0845 154 2104, where our dedicated concierge team can assist you with all your travel requirements. You can also enquire about a specific hotel via the BOOK NOW link on each hotel page.
How do I know if a hotel is pet-friendly?
All PetsPyjamas hotels and properties are hand-picked for their pet-friendliness. Our hotels are pet loving, not just pet-friendly. Please ask our Pet Concierge for full details of a hotel’s specific pet policy.
Do the hotels and properties provide any pet essentials?
Many of our hotels and properties can provide all the comforts your four-legged friend can expect including pet beds, bowls, blankets, towels, treats, and even a doggie dinner menu. Please confirm at time of booking, as this is different for each hotel and is subject to availability. PetsPyjamas will also send a FREE personalised Pet Travel Kit to your hotel prior to your arrival. Your pet travel box will include the following goodies: a soft toy, a hard toy, grooming product, a bandana, treats and a PetsPyjamas pet travel bowl.
Are you able to guarantee a particular room at a hotel?
The room category you have booked will always be guaranteed, although in some cases we can also specify the exact room you will be staying in. We will always do our best to fulfil any room requests you might have, but please be aware that not all rooms at every hotel are pet-friendly.
Are pets allowed in the hotel restaurants and bars?
Many of our hotels, such as the Old Swan & Minster Mill or the Old Manor Hotel, are more than happy to accommodate you and Fido at meal times in the main restaurant, at the bar or at a table arranged especially for you. Each hotel has a different pet policy, so please do let us know if you would like to dine with your dog and we will ensure we find the perfect hotel or property to suit you.
Can pets be left in the room or at the property unaccompanied?
A number of hotels offer pet sitting and dog walking services, and most will be happy for you to leave pets unaccompanied in the room or at the property. Please confirm your chosen hotel's pet policy at the time of booking.
How do I cancel my booking?
Please contact the Pet Concierge on 0845 154 2104 or firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel your booking, quoting your booking details.
What is your cancellation policy?
There is a 10% cancellation fee on all bookings. PetsPyjamas also adheres to each individual hotel’s cancellation policy, please confirm these details at the time of booking.
I’ve returned from my stay and would like to give feedback, how can I do this?
Your feedback is important to us, and to future pet-friendly travellers. Upon your return, you will receive an email from us inviting you to leave a comment on the hotel’s profile page. You may do this without receiving the email first by visiting the hotel’s profile page on the PetsPyjamas website, and leaving a comment in the ‘reviews’ tab. We would love to hear about any discoveries you made in the local area and at the hotel during your stay, and would be delighted to see any photos you would like to share of Fido enjoying his Pet Travel Kit.
