Animal Behaviour Clinic
Elaine Henley is a Registered Clinical Animal Behaviourist (ABTC) and Full member of the Association of Pet Behaviour Counsellors (APBC) with over 20 years practical experience of training and modifying the behaviour of companion animals. Although working mostly with dogs and parrots, she can offer advice on a variety of species. As well as consulting with caregivers of pets who are displaying problematic behaviour, she also runs a variety of dog training classes from puppy through to advanced. The aim of her classes is to teach caregivers how to prevent common behavioural problems from occurring as well as strengthen the bond between caregiver and pet. In addition to running a busy behavioural and training practice, Elaine also lectures on many Post Graduate Degree level courses. Elaine is also an Expert Witness in court cases involving Dangerous Dog legislation. Behavioural consultations for dogs & parrots are generally held at the caregivers home (throughout Scotland) whilst Skype consultations are offered for parrot behavioural problems throughout the UK.
