The large farmhouse kitchen has all the necessary appliances required for your holiday and the whole property is integrated with a Sonos music system, which includes a connection to the outside space. There is a laundry room with two washing machines and two tumble dryers along with a butler sink. You also have an office space if you have the unfortunate dilemma of having to work whilst on holiday. A games room with a pool table and a darts board is fun for all the family. The formal living room with a cosy fireplace, is perfect for a relaxing evening, but should you wish to dine formally, then you can do so in a separately in a lovely room which seats up to eight people. There is a tranquil Pebble room with bi-folding doors that leads out to the indoor-outdoor area with a kitchen, BBQ area with an outdoor fireplace, a hidden drop-down Smart TV with steps sinking into the heated pool. The stunning pool area is complemented with loungers resting in shallow water attached to the pool. Head to Paignton Beach and the pier with tenpin bowling, fairground rides and crazy golf while admiring the sea vistas. Pay a visit to Paignton Zoo, Torre Abbey, Dinosaur World and Torquay Museum, which are all within a short distance of each other, so you can visit all of them before strolling along the waterfront in the coastal town of Torquay. With its shallow waters revealing a vast swathe of sand at low tide, Middleton has long been established as one of the prominent beach destinations on the south coast. Middleton is a low key seaside village offering some essential shops along with a couple of pubs and takeaways and a very good fish and chip shop. There are some lovely restaurants to discover nearby. If you want to explore the area a little further this is a fabulous coastline to stretch your legs east to Climping and Littlehampton’s West Beach or west to Bognor Regis Pagham and Pagham Harbour. This part of the coastline is a haven for unusual birds and wildlife with Pagham Harbour Nature Reserve and Chichester Harbour a little further to the west, both being Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Pagham Harbour is an internationally important site for nature conservation while Chichester Harbour also combines its wildlife attractions with sailing centres such as Itchenor and Bosham.

Just 6 miles north is Arundel, a historic market town dominated by its symbolic castle and the rising spire of the cathedral. It offers a plethora of craft and antique shops as well as restaurants and tea rooms. Arundel Castle is the seat of the Dukes of Norfolk and is set in 40 acres of sweeping grounds and gardens. The castle has been seasonally open to visitors for almost 200 years and is well worth a trip. All around this area the South Downs National Park offers a backdrop of stunning scenery and endless walking routes to explore.
