Jodrell Bank is a must, and a little further afield is the county town Shrewsbury, or the big city entertainment of Chester, Manchester and Liverpool which can be reached in around an hour’s drive or by train from Nantwich station.
    Those who like to explore the great outdoors can pick up the Sandstone Trail in nearby Tarporley and visit the castles of Beeston and Cholmondeley, or head to Delamere Forest, all of which can be reached in around 30 minutes. With the North Wales coastline also just an hour away, you really are spoilt for choice.

    Lindow Common, a Site of Special Scientific Interest and Lindow Moss, are both adjacent to the farm for walks amongst the peatland and the cities of Manchester, Chester and Liverpool together with the Peak District National Park are all easily accessible.
