The properties (refs CVK, CVL and CVM) are within a working boatyard on the banks of the River Bure enjoying river views, and each property has the added benefit of a motor launch free of charge which can be moored nearby. The motor launch is chargeable during the Whitsun and Summer School Holidays, and bookable direct from the owner.
Each apartment has a ground floor compact decked area and first floor glass balcony, providing lovely scenery over the water with all its activity. Designed in ‘upside down’ style, the open-plan living area on the first floor has patio doors leading to the furnished balcony - perfect for relaxing and soaking up the atmosphere.
The properties are situated in Wroxham, which is well known as the ‘Capital of the Broads’ and has a selection of cafes, restaurants and shops within a few minutes walk. The wider area is also criss-crossed by numerous footpaths and cycling trails. One of the best ways to enjoy the Broads is on the water by motor launch, or take one of the organised day trips arranged by the neighbouring boatyard.
