The internal doorways have been built with wheelchairs in mind, and there is a ramp to both the front and the back of the property. It has its own enclosed garden, which is perfect for sitting out in the evenings and taking in the beautiful countryside. Beyond the gardens are acres of rolling countryside with many walks for guests to enjoy. The Stables at Court Farm is situated on the edge of the village of Marksbury, just a short drive from Bath, 5 miles. For those staying over the festive season, be sure to visit the Bath Christmas Markets. Bristol, 10 miles, has many attractions and great shopping at Cabot Circus, which has over 90 shops, as well as a mix of restaurants and a cinema. This is a great base from which to explore Somerset. The city of Wells is a 30-minute drive away, and Glastonbury with its famous tor and abbey, is within easy reach. Perhaps visit the wonders of Cheddar Gorge and the wonderful Wookey Hole Caves. Shop ¼ mile, pub and restaurant ½ mile.

This Scandinavian self-catering lodges sleep up to 6 guests. The two bedrooms offer a ¾ bed and double bed and twin beds.
Each lodge features a well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, a living area with a flat-screen TV and gas wood burner, and a shower room. Welcome to The Piggery, a charming one-bedroom studio annexe built in 1844, located on the site of a converted Wesleyan chapel. The Piggery is finished to a very good standard and located in the charming village of Carlingcott, just 6 miles from the centre of Bath, allowing you to mix both country and city living into your holiday!
Head up the drive and through the wooden gates to The Piggery. Outside you have a private gravelled courtyard with bistro seating, perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine after a day out exploring, there is also a free to use electric vehicle charging point. Inside, you have an open plan living/kitchen/bedroom, the vaulted ceiling adds to the feeling of space and the Velux windows are great for star gazing at the dark skies above. The nearby ancient Medieval towns of Wells and Glastonbury are packed full of eclectic charm, and Glastonbury Tor is well worth the walk up to marvel in the stunning Somerset views.
