The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed to prepare a home-cooked meal for four, including an electric oven, electric hob, slimline dishwasher, microwave and an under-counter fridge with an icebox. The starting point for the popular 180 mile Tarka Trail route is just ten minutes drive away, incorporating one of the country’s longest continuous traffic-free walking and cycling paths. The market town of Hatherleigh is just 5 miles away and the breathtaking Dartmoor National Park is within a 30 minute drive. There is fabulous surfing on the North Cornwall and North Devon Coast with beautiful beaches at Woolacombe, Croyde, Bude and Sandymouth. Enjoy a day out at Hartland, visit the lighthouse, Hartland Quay and the historic fishing village at Clovelly. The towns of Great Torrington and Bideford lie close by, where you will find most amenities.
