    Pyegreave Cottage sits on the hillside on the outskirts of Combs village, located close to Buxton, Castleton and Edale, which are all fantastic walking routes to explore. The stables formed part of one of the old barns on Pyegreave Farm, which in 1840 was purchased at a local auction by Florence Nightingales Father who lived in the village a considerable amount of time. One of the most popular attractions in Combs is the reservoir, it is surrounded by beautiful scenery and offers opportunities for walking, fishing and birdwatching, the area is also popular for cyclists who enjoy the challenging hills.
