It is only a few minutes walk from the centre of St Mawes Summers Beach and the boatyards on the River Percuil. Boswedden is at the end of a quiet no through road. At the front of the property is a large raised lawn area surrounded by beautiful flowers and shrubs. From the drive are the sweeping steps up to the front door and the two sun terraces with wonderful views over the Percuil. Once inside there is a light and airy central hallway double doors open into the large and comfortable living room with vaulted ceiling and wood burner and doors to access the outside terrace. There are glazed double doors from the living room into the open plan to the kitchen/dining room. The kitchen is well equipped with cooker under counter fridge, dishwasher and microwave. There is a second fridge in the utility room. Also off from the hall is the kitchen and dining room. This light room is well equipped and the separate dining area makes it an ideal entertainment space.
