    Should you be able to leave this wonderful place and venture further afield, you can experience the delights of North Cornwall, with some of the counties finest beaches within a short distance by car. A delightful 30 minute walk along the South West Coast Path to Mawgan Porth, with its restaurants, pub and shops is a real treat. Nearby Padstow, a thriving fishing port, renowned for its narrow streets and galleries, buzzing quayside and amazing variety of restaurants is a must visit whilst Newquay to the south is a favourite for all things water sport related, from swimming to surfing on its many iconic beaches. Inland explore Bodmin Moor, mystic and ancient, with mind boggling rock formations, standing stones and the home to Cornwall’s highest peaks.
