Perranporth, EnglandThis property is situated in Perranporth, a seaside town on the north coast of Cornwall. The Annexe at Tenniside is a two-bedroom, ground floor property with its own parking and private garden. Located near a small stream and surrounded by woodland, you will find the beach to be a 10-minute walk away.
The property has everything that you would expect for a comfortable stay. The garden is very quiet and you can hear the water bubbling from the small stream. The owner has installed outdoor lighting and throws so you can enjoy the relaxing evenings whilst the little ones are tucked in bed. For those that are adventurous, why not lie in the hammock? The garden is full of colourful plants, and these are sold by the owner in the small stall on the road.
If you turn right out of the property you will see a huge tennis club, so for a small fee you can book the court, do not forget your rackets! A little further on is a very well-equipped play area for children of all ages, from toddlers to teenagers. There is basketball and a football pitch, as well as a table tennis to use. A little further you will find the duck pond, a beautiful place to walk, with plenty of benches, rowing boats full of flowers, and the island has a lovely waterfall. In the village you have local shops, restaurants, takeaways and cafés, offering everything from fish and chips to a roast dinner, catering for all types of cuisine you won’t be disappointed.

Perranporth, EnglandWelcome to Chyvelyn, a newly converted studio suitable for two in the seaside town of Perranporth, on the north coast of Cornwall. The owners have even thoughtfully provided a welcome pack inclusive of tea, coffee, sugar and milk, along with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There is so much to do in the area, known as the ‘gateway’, to one of Cornwall’s most spectacular beaches, the town has a much quieter feel than the neighbouring Newquay.
This is an ideal base to explore this part of the country, the beach is over 3 miles of golden sand, and on a calm day you a picture the smugglers coming in with their stolen goods. Ideal for all ages, and open to dogs all year round, our four-legged friends can run free whilst you enjoy a stroll or maybe take a dip in the sea. This is a very popular location for surfers as it is not quite as busy as the neighbouring Fistral Beach in Newquay, it offers great waves at Droskyn Point and at the western end of the beach, and there is an outside tap at the property for washing wetsuits and boards with drying hooks for your wetsuits. For those that enjoy history check out Perranzabuloe Millennium sundial on the cliffs below Droskyn car park, the views are stunning.
Ideal for a mini vacation, just over 8 miles from Newquay it is surrounded by smaller villages such as Goonhavern where the Saints Trail has just been opened to walkers and cyclists.
