    This spacious property has three bedrooms upstairs, an inviting living room, separate dining room and a very large kitchen with utility room. The modern facilities offer everything that you would need, a fully fitted kitchen including a dishwasher means more time relaxing and less time washing up! After a busy day out and about relax in the enclosed garden with a drink and watch the stars, the nights are very dark and in the quiet location it is the perfect place to unwind. If you do not want to eat out, eat al fresco in the garden surrounded by beautiful countryside.

    The quiet rural location (no sea views, but lots of open countryside) also makes it popular with those who like easy access to the local beaches and coves. The property in the hamlet of Poljigga, about two miles from Land’s End. Near to Land’s End are Sennen Cove and Whitesands Bay, with its safe surfing and family beach. The famous cliffside Minack Theatre is just over a mile and half away, overlooking beautiful Porthcurno beach, both worth a visit at any time of year. You are spoilt for beautiful beaches, Porthchapel is 1.3 miles away Porthgwarra is 1.4 and Sennen Cover is 2 miles. West Cornwall is particularly attractive during the Spring and early Summer, when the daffodils and wildflowers are at their best. Bird watchers and walkers return to the area year after year to enjoy the early and late season and, of course, the coastal path which is a short walk from The Vineries. You can access the footpath to Nanjizal cove and foot path from the property.

    The nearest train station is at Penzance 7.5 miles away which is also the nearest town. Here you will find an assortment of shops, cafés restaurants as well as the working harbour. Why not leave the car behind and catch one of the local buses which operate all year, or the open topped bus operating in the summer months? Parking in the summer is not easy so relax and take the scenic route.

Horse riding, deep sea fishing trips, kayaking and sightseeing trips are all available in and around Newquay. The famous Fistral Beach provides everything you need for that quintessential ingredient of any beach holiday, crabbing and rock pooling, followed by a beach barbecue as the sun sets out to sea. Just a few miles up the coast you will find Watergate Bay, home to a watersports centre, plus a mile of golden sand backed by dramatic cliffs that make this area so unique.
    Further along the coast road will bring you to Padstow, home to the gastronomic empire of Rick Stein including his fish and chip shop, where you have to get there early to avoid the queues. Padstow, with its quaint working harbour and narrow cobbled streets that all gravitate back the harbour, are awash with craft and gift shops, galleries and cafés and a real must for all that visit the area. The Camel Trail starts here and bike hire is plentiful at the start. The Eden project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, St Ives, Port Isaac, home to TV’s ’Doc Martin’, Fowey, and Truro, the county capital are all easily reached from Trescowthick and are all a must to enjoy the diverse aspects of this historic county. The handy utility room next door has a fridge/ freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Alternatively, there is a bus stop at the end of the road which takes you one stop down to St Ives. Positioned south of St Ives, Carbis Bay plays host to a popular family beach and is often frequented by walkers enjoying the delights and challenges of the South West Coastal Path. The neighbouring seaside resort of St Ives is renowned for its artists who constantly draw inspiration from the landscape whilst also being the home of Tate St Ives.
