There are three en-suite shower rooms fully equipped to a high standard with modern walk-in showers. There is also a superb separate family bathroom finished to the same style and standard. From the hall the turning spindle staircase rises to the first floor bringing you to a large living room created to take advantage of the sea views to the front, while French doors open out to a superb spacious decking area perfect for sun bathing, al fresco dining, barbecues or just to take in the view. To the opposite end of the property is the delightful spacious luxury kitchen and dining room. Fitted with a variety of high spec appliances such as an electric double oven, ceramic hob, large fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There are also plenty of work surfaces for preparing the family meals. The dining table seats eight people with the advantage of sea views. Set to the front exterior of the property is the gated cobbled parking area for approximately two cars plus an electric car charging point.     Located on the west of the beautiful Roseland Peninsula a few miles north of St Mawes St Just-in-Roseland. It is a verdant village of manicured gardens and pretty cottages leading down to the woodlands and creeks by the Percuil River. The village is best known for the 13th century church of St Just the Martyr. Overlooking St Just Pool, a tree lined creek, and the church which is set in an amphitheatre like graveyard filled with an array of colourful sub-tropical plants and shrubs, a botanical project started over 100 years ago.
    Few places in Cornwall can compare with the Roseland Peninsula, one of the most picturesque and unspoilt parts of the British Isles.
