Each barn has a well-equipped kitchen as well as open-plan living. Each has its sitting-out area, which is ideal for watching the wildlife and al fresco dining. Each property also has access to electric car charging points which a charged for use however if you require using the charging points you must bring your lead. Note: there are no local amenities as it is a hamlet, but only a 5-minute car journey to the local village, we suggest you look at the welcome folder in the cottage to familiarise yourself with your surroundings and to discover what amenities are local to your stay.
Guests are close to the coastal path and if you walk north, you will reach Tintagel, the mythical home of King Arthur, with its array of shops, pubs and restaurants. A little further on, Boscastle with its picturesque harbour is a must. A small beach can be reached on foot, approximately ½ mile away. Travelling down the coast, guests will come to Port Isaac, where the TV series ’Doc Martin’ is filmed, and further down the coast, visit the beautiful sandy surfing beach at Polzeath and the dunes at Rock where you can take a ferry across to Padstow. From Padstow, with its working harbour, shops, pubs and restaurants, you can hire bikes and cycle the Camel Trail to Wadebridge and beyond to Bodmin.
Close by is Bodmin Moor, an unspoilt moorland at its best, and for walkers the tors on the moor are a must. Further down the coast is Newquay, with its famous surfing beaches, Blue Reef Aquarium and Zoo and if you travel to the south coast, you will find Looe, Fowey and Mevagissey, just a few of the charming coastal villages. Liskeard, EnglandSet in the gently undulating foothills of Bodmin Moor, Rosecraddoc Manor boasts a history that dates back to the Domesday Book. Rebuilt in the 1820s it is Grade II listed, together with the two bridges in the grounds – one of which forms part of the entrance drive. The manor house and coach house have been converted into apartments, all furnished and equipped to a very high standard, with many luxurious touches that will appeal to the most discerning of visitors. Access to the front door of the Manor is by three stone steps. Some of the accommodation features four poster beds, some offer spa baths and some offer saunas.
Heron is a first floor studio-style apartment, whilst Riverview and Riverbank enjoy a secluded position on the banks of the small cascading river, with pretty aspects across the river and parkland towards the lake – these two cottages include special features to make them suitable for wheelchair users.
Lakeview stands about 75 yards from the manor, in an enviable position overlooking the fishing lake, and enjoys particularly beautiful views from its first floor living room and large balcony.

Lostwithiel, EnglandA welcoming Cornish cream tea awaits guests at this 100-year-old cottage that sits in a quiet and quaint lane minutes from the centre of the ancient town of Lostwithiel, which lies at the bottom of a wooded valley.
