This superb conversion has been completed to the highest of standards and features reverse style Accommodation with open plan living space on the first floor to take advantage of the character of the old beams and the stunning views over the countryside to Widemouth. The Owners have converted Roof Tops with great attention to detail with wood flooring and granite work tops in the kitchen and en-suite shower rooms for both bedrooms. There is a cosy gas wood burner for the colder months. There is a great patio and a private garden area with a small lawned area. Both bedrooms have French doors opening onto the slate tiled patio.
Roof Tops is situated on the edge of the village of Stratton, a peaceful location with countryside all around. Stratton has two local pubs serving excellent food and a post office, all within a 5-minute walk. The village is just over 1 mile from the coastal town of Bude with extensive sandy beaches, sea swimming pool, leisure centre, surfing and a wide variety of shops, pubs and restaurants. There is also a range of golf courses in the vicinity. Stratton is a great base from which to explore many of Cornwall and Devon’s attractions.
