Delamere Forest, 30 minutes away, is also home to a vast selection of paths and cycle routes that span the entire forest together with the tree top adventure Go Ape! You can explore the stunning Cholmondeley Castle Gardens and treat yourself to lunch at their café, spend an afternoon at Cotebrook Shire Horse Centre, or visit Bolesworth Castle which sits in a beautiful parkland setting and annually plays host for CarFest North. If golf is more your game, Aldersey Green Golf Course is less than half a mile away, or Carden Park Golf Course and Spa can be reached in around 15 minutes.
