Hampton House is now available for booking in 2023. This stunning house, with accessed via an electric gate, benefits from parking for six cars, security cameras, air conditioning and has a fast Wi-Fi speed covering the entirety of the property including outside.
The large farmhouse kitchen has all the necessary appliances required for your holiday and the whole property is integrated with a Sonos music system, which includes a connection to the outside space. There is a laundry room with two washing machines and two tumble dryers along with a butler sink. You also have an office space if you have the unfortunate dilemma of having to work whilst on holiday. A games room with a pool table and a darts board is fun for all the family. The formal living room with a cosy fireplace, is perfect for a relaxing evening, but should you wish to dine formally, then you can do so in a separately in a lovely room which seats up to eight people. There is a tranquil Pebble room with bi-folding doors that leads out to the indoor-outdoor area with a kitchen, BBQ area with an outdoor fireplace, a hidden drop-down Smart TV with steps sinking into the heated pool. The stunning pool area is complemented with loungers resting in shallow water attached to the pool. There is a hot tub area and gazebo with outdoor sofas and plenty of seating for comfort and outside dining.
From the spacious entrance is a grand staircase leading to the four bedrooms. The master bedroom has its own wing of the house, whilst three of the bedrooms can be provided with a travel cot. All bedrooms in Hampton House are furnished to a very high standard with en-suites and air conditioning.

The Farmhouse is a perfect base to relax, unwind in and explore this unique corner of Britain. With many attractions, countryside and seaside resorts, there is definitely something for everyone. If you want to stay local, the beautiful Brook Bay is a 2-minute drive away and the sunsets on this side of the island are a must see, just stunning.
Osborne House was once Queen Victoria’s favourite residence and is now open to the public and well worth a visit, as are Carisbrook Castle, The Needles rock formations, Robin Hill park with acres of parkland, natural woodland, countryside gardens, adventures and special events, Ventnor Botanical Gardens and Shanklin Chine, a deep wooded gorge with streams and waterfalls. The model village at Godshill is also not to be missed as this gives a good overview of the island and its attractions, all in miniature of course.

Tennyson Down House is a beautiful four bedroom Victorian detached holiday home located 500 yards from the tranquil Freshwater Bay and within walking distance of cafes, restaurant and grocers. Arriving at Tennyson Down House, you will enter via double gates on to the driveway, through the front door you are welcomed in to the bright and airy hallway with new oak flooring throughout the downstairs. It leads to the living room with an open fireplace, Smart TV, sofas and French doors on to the front garden. Also on the ground floor is the large open-plan kitchen/dining room with a breakfast bar. The stunning fitted kitchen comes with electric oven, induction hob and fridge/freezer, opening on to the breakfast bar where you can enjoy a morning coffee or breakfast. Travel via ferry from Lymington, Southampton or Portsmouth, Yarmouth is the nearest ferry car and foot passenger terminal which is 3 miles to the property.

The island has become a real hot spot for cycling enthusiasts, with a choice of challenging off road bridleways, peaceful byways and level, purpose-made tracks running along its former railway lines. Cycle to the famous Needles landmark at Alum Bay, with its coloured sand cliffs and chairlift to the beach, or take on the full round the island route which is 66 miles long, and is used for the annual Isle of Wight Randonnee. Travel along the route at a more leisurely pace, and along the way you will find numerous restaurants, pubs and cafés serving tasty local produce amongst the quaint villages and towns.

Colwell Bay has a reputation as being one of the cleanest beaches on the Isle of Wight and is also one of the most popular too. If you are keen to try water sports during your stay, this is the place to get started. The pretty promenade stretches all the way along to neighbouring Totland Bay, and it makes the perfect place for a stroll as the sun begins to fade in the distance. One of the biggest draws of Colwell Bay is its beachside café/restaurant, which welcomes visitors into the shade where they can enjoy hot food and drink with a view of the sea.
