Manor Lodge is set within 3 acres of the stunning countryside which surrounds the property just outside Northallerton, a lively market town that features a superb market on Saturday and Wednesday. The world-famous Betty’s tea rooms which is a must and two Barkers department stores for all the shopaholics out there. Also, a superb array of independent cafés, restaurants should you wish to dine out, and many gift shops. Both the North York Moors and the Yorkshire Dales are also on the doorstep of Manor Lodge, featuring beautiful scenic walks, cycling routes. The wonderful village of Osmotherley is only 15 minutes away where you are guaranteed a superb pub lunch and amazing walks.
The medieval city of York and Newcastle are less than an hour away, as is the wonderful east coast should you decide to have a day at the beach. For a day at home, you can run around the 3-acre field, or play football due to the size of the garden. The garden and field are completely enclosed so dogs and children can play freely. For children’s enjoyment, Manor Lodge also has a climbing frame and a huge trampoline. Tastefully furnished and decorated, the cottage enjoys a spacious master bedroom on the first floor with a seating area, dressing room and en-suite bathroom. A twin room and shower room are on the ground floor, ensuring flexibility for those who would not wish to negotiate the stairs. Across the ground floor is a well-presented and well-equipped kitchen with plenty of space for food preparation and a very cosy and comfortable living room, a great area to kick back and relax.
With Mill Cottage set close to Northallerton the local pubs, restaurants and shops are within easy reach of the property. You can explore the stunning North York Moors National Park, which is full of bike trails and fantastic, scenic walks so make sure you pack your walking boots. Visit the very popular Rievaulx Abbey or the nearby towns and cities including fabulous Helmsley, Thirsk, Richmond and a little further afield York, Harrogate and Leeds which can be accessed by the train station in Northallerton or around a one-hour drive. Alternatively, if you wanted to leave the car and have a day exploring there are plenty of picturesque walks right on Mill Cottages’ doorstep along with a superb village pub offering a variety of local ales and good old pub grub. Mill Cottage has been updated to give a truly retro feel both in design and furnishings, with bright and comfortable interiors. The vast 3000-acre grounds are at your disposal, wander down through the estate and admire the imposing stately home of Broughton Hall itself, spot wildlife and birds as well as quaint bridges across the river. 22 Sea is a beautifully presented end of terrace house nestled in a quiet corner of ‘The Bay’, a purpose built holiday village overlooking Filey bay on the picturesque North Yorkshire coastline. With open plan living, and stunning full height windows providing access to a first floor balcony.

Here you can relax and unwind after a long day at the beach whilst catching up on your favourite holiday movie. The dining table provides plenty of seating for six and is ideally placed to enjoy a family breakfast or delicious home cooked evening meal.
Two sets of bi-fold doors provide access to a covered patio area and flood the room with natural light. An understairs cupboard provides space for storage and a WC completes the ground floor accommodation.
Take the stairs to the first floor and you will find two stunning and spacious bedrooms, a kingsize double and a double room with traditional bunk beds. Both bedrooms offer the ’wow’ factor with vaulted ceilings and full height cathedral windows which open up to provide access to a full length, south facing balcony with lovely views across the holiday park.
