    The cottage is full of character being a period building, it has a beautiful log burner and traditional comfortable furnishings with a modern, contemporary and clean decor. There is a small bathroom downstairs with a bath and a powerful hot shower too, there are three spacious bedrooms although the cottage comfortably hosts up to four people. The garden is large with comfortable outdoor furniture for you to enjoy your coffee at sunrise and wine at sunset. A flock of curious, funny, welcoming and happy hens and a cockerel live on the property and lay THE BEST eggs for your breakfast, which you are welcome to collect and eat. If you could feed them each morning, the owner would greatly appreciate it.
    There are so many attractions nearby such as the UFO walk in the well-known Rendlesham forest, the famous “Sutton Hoo” viking burial site (Netflix made a popular series about it) 5 minutes down the road. We are only 13 minutes away from the nearest beach, shingle street, and 18 minutes from Aldeburgh, a popular tourist destination. In addition to a plethora of top-quality restaurants, pubs, and Michelin star eateries, Woodbridge was voted the best place to live in the east in 2021. You can kayak, paddle board and wild swim in the rivers and seas. Woodbridge and Ufford park have lovely golf courses if you fancy a round. Shop 1/2-mile, Pub 200 Yards. Beach 10 miles.

    The village of Seasalter can be found on the north coast of Kent, facing the Isle of Sheppey across the mouth of the River Swale. It is located five miles north of historic Canterbury, between Whitstable and Faversham.
    Seasalter, as it name implies, was an important centre for the production of salt as far back as the Iron Age and it was raided by Vikings due to its prosperity. By 1086 it was recorded in the Domesday Book as belonging to the "kitchen of the Archbishop" of Canterbury. At the western end of the village on the Faversham Road the local pub is like a welcoming lighthouse as visitors approach across the flat marshes. There has been an inn there since 1642. RSPB Minsmere and Dunwich Heath offer opportunities for spotting birds and connecting with wildlife, with excellent walks available. For a quieter sandy beach, head to Covehithe, and for great days out, visit Snape Maltings, Framlingham Castle, Eye Castle, Halesworth Museum, Yoxford Antiques Centre and Gardens and Easton Farm Park.
    The vibrant market towns of Bungay and Beccles boast independent boutiques and chain shops and the weekly market is excellent for all things local. At Beccles there is an open air heated outdoor swimming pool, popular with many local swimmers and gateway to the famous Norfolk Broads National Park. The surrounding area offers an excellent collection of eateries, including fine dining to many cafés serving home-made cakes and savouries to delight many palates. Beach 28 miles.
