The doorways are wide enough for wheelchairs and ramps can be provided over the doorways if requested, however please note the property hasn’t been specifically set-up for wheelchair users so the kitchen and bathrooms may not be suitable The accommodation feels bright and welcoming with high beamed ceilings, underfloor heating throughout and plenty of large windows, patio doors and sliding doors seamlessly blending the living spaces with the outdoor landscape. The large kitchen is fully equipped with a farmhouse cooker with two ovens and an induction hob, a fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher and a washing machine. After a fun-filled day exploring Devon, gather your friends and family around the large dining table for a celebratory homecooked meal and relax on the comfortable sofas and armchairs or sit outside with a glass of wine and watch the sun go down.
There are three comfortably furnished bedrooms. The master has a kingsize bed, an en-suite shower room and patio doors opening out onto the beautiful decked area. As guests enter the property via the rear gate, they find themselves in the rear enclosed courtyard area with sitting-out area. The door then leads into the property itself, into the open plan living/dining, and bedroom area. Here there is sofa seating and smart TV, small table and chairs and an archway which leads into the bedroom area. From the living/dining area, the hallway then leads into the kitchen which is fully equipped with all guests may need to rustle up a good meal. - Dawlish, EnglandAs you enter Crows Nest into the entrance hallway you find bedrooms 1 and 2 to either side, comprising a double bedroom with built in storage and a twin bedroom which can be converted to a super kingsize bed on request. There is also a downstairs shower room leading off from the hallway. Just down the hallway on the right is a well-equipped kitchen with everything you could need during your stay, including a dishwasher for hassle free family meals and a washing machine for muddy clothes. Here a door leads out onto the rear patio, with garden furniture, a hot tub with bluetooth speaker and LED changing lights, and a gas barbecue, ideal for dining al-fresco.
Also on the ground floor is the living room with patio doors leading through to the conservatory, which provides access to the garden and really brings the outside in. The wrap around rear garden is very pleasant with decked area, seating and hot tub, as well as a partly lawned area to the side. From here you can enjoy panoramic sea views and this south-facing area catches the sun all day.
