Chetnole, EnglandWith its original machinery on view through an internal window, this fine conversion of part of an 18th-century mill has been charmingly furnished with some period and antique furniture, and enjoys a village setting within walking distance of the green, children’s play area and inn. The open plan living space has a large inglenook fireplace housing the open fire and rugs on the wooden floor. There is a double bedroom on the ground floor and two further pretty bedrooms on the first floor. Part of the mill is occupied by the owner’s art studio, and a public footpath runs along part of the driveway.
