Out and about this is a fabulous place to explore with so much to see and do. The Hadrian’s Wall Walk is nearby, with the Northumberland National Park and the Pennine Way just half an hour’s journey. A must visit is the historic market town of Hexham, which boasts a stunning abbey, the oldest gaol in the country, and an abundance of eclectic shops, restaurants and pubs. Nearby is the beautiful Roman town of Corbridge where you can meander round its boutique shops, art galleries and antique shops, stop for a coffee or take a stroll along the river.
