Whether you are looking for a week-long holiday or short breaks, Rosevean House is the place for you! The garden is extensive, and the house is set out over two main floors and various levels. There are four bedrooms- two of the double bedrooms take in fantastic views of the bay. There is also a first-floor balcony accessed from the master bedroom with even better views. The living space at Rosevean is simply superb, with a mezzanine living room alongside the fully fitted kitchen with a walk-in larder. There is then a further sitting room on a lower level with access to the delightful patio with incredible views. We don’t think you can find any location better in Cornwall.
Rosevean House has probably the finest view of any house in St Mawes. Situated in an elevated position over the harbour, the house has incredible views taking in the whole of the bay from the harbour to Place Manor and everything in between, including St Mawes Castle! The house is just a short walk from St Mawes Harbour via a pathway and short steep hill. It is also just a few minutes’ walk to Summers Beach.
St Mawes has so much to offer the visitor. St Mawes Castle was built by Henry VIII and is a splendid place to take in the views of the Carrick Roads. There are miles of coastal and countryside walks to take in and some idyllic beaches on which to relax and watch the world go by. The little Place Ferry takes visitors to explore St Anthony’s Head or there are regular ferries to Falmouth.
