    Lobbs is a traditional Lakeland farmhouse dating back to the 1600’s and recently renovated and brought up to date in 2022. It is located in the Lake District National Park in a special secluded fell-side setting with exceptional and unique views of the Blencathra mountain range.
    It offers five good sized bedrooms - three on the ground floor with a family bathroom, and two bedrooms on the first floor with a shower room. The ground floor has a modern kitchen with all appliances you would want with a dining area just off it, there are also two living areas, both with large Smart TVs. There is a 1-acre garden wrapping around Lobbs, offering a patio and lawned area plus a well-established garden with a children’s play area and hot tub. The farmhouse is just 7 miles from the vibrant Lake District town of Keswick, which is brimming with great restaurants, pubs serving local craft ales, an excellent range of shopping experiences and some memorable tourist attractions. If you fancy something a bit different, then why not visit The Derwent Pencil Museum, home to the world’s largest pencil. Also within easy reach is Puzzling Place, which is full of mind-boggling optical illusions. If you like culture, you could try the Theatre by the Lake, with its enviable position on the shores of Derwentwater, which offers award-winning performances in drama and arts.
