The spacious, open plan sleeping and living area has a double bed at the far end of the room and patio doors leading to the patio area. Three steps lead to the well-equipped kitchen/dining area, from where the shower room leads off.     The village of Brayford is 2 miles from the cottage with its 900-year-old Church of All Saints High Bray set on the hill above the Bray Valley. There are also many charming village pubs and restaurants to explore nearby. The village is close to the dramatic North Devon coast with some of the best beaches in the country; a day trip to Woolacombe and Saunton are not to be missed. The South West Coastal Path and the Tarka Trail are superb for walking and the coastline is varied and interesting.
    RHS Rosemoor, Marwood Gardens, Arlington Court, Clovelly, Exmoor Zoo, the Combe Martin Dinosaur Park and Hartland Abbey are all within driving distance. For the keen golfers, Portmore Golf club in Landkey and Saunton Golf club are both nearby. Visit the National Trust’s Watersmeet Gorge, Valley of the Rocks and the funicular cliff railway.
