Located on a peaceful residential area just a short walk from many local amenities including a childrens’ play park, as well as a convenience store, takeaways and a popular gastro pub. It takes less than 15 minutes to walk to the seafront and the golden beach. At the front of the property you have your own private lawned garden, where you can bask in the sun. At the rear of the property you have your designated parking space, as well as a locked outdoor space with deck chairs as well as beach equipment, you can also store your own bikes/bodyboards/pushchairs in here if you wish.
    Inside the apartment is bright and welcoming, it is all on one level, making it accessible for families with young toddlers. You have the open plan living room with a dining area at the front.
