The spectacular scenery at Llyn Clywedog, a man-made reservoir just above the town along with Hafren Forest where you will find the source of the River Severn, also affords wonderful walking opportunities. The magnificent Elan Valley reservoirs are just 35 minutes away. And if mountains are your thing, Cadair Idris can be reached in under 1hour, Snowdonia in under 2 hours, and the Brecon Beacons in approximately 1hour 20minutes. Set on one level, this property is fully open plan. The kitchen includes fridge, electric cooker, hob and sink and there is a dining table within the lodge. There are three single beds and a shower room which includes a shower cubicle, toilet and sink. There is a private sitting area with garden furniture to the front of the property with a barbecue. A breakfast hamper made up of local produce is available on request at £6 per person (minimum order for 2).
