Solent View is a wonderful three-bedroom holiday home with the extra bonus of a cabin in the back garden which can sleep an extra four guests. The main house is a great size. It has two double bedrooms and a bunk room. Downstairs has a large living/dining room and a lovely big kitchen with all of the appliances you will need. Hampton House is now available for booking in 2023. This stunning house, with accessed via an electric gate, benefits from parking for six cars, security cameras, air conditioning and has a fast Wi-Fi speed covering the entirety of the property including outside.
The large farmhouse kitchen has all the necessary appliances required for your holiday and the whole property is integrated with a Sonos music system, which includes a connection to the outside space. There is a laundry room with two washing machines and two tumble dryers along with a butler sink. You also have an office space if you have the unfortunate dilemma of having to work whilst on holiday. A games room with a pool table and a darts board is fun for all the family. The formal living room with a cosy fireplace, is perfect for a relaxing evening, but should you wish to dine formally, then you can do so in a separately in a lovely room which seats up to eight people. There is a tranquil Pebble room with bi-folding doors that leads out to the indoor-outdoor area with a kitchen, BBQ area with an outdoor fireplace, a hidden drop-down Smart TV with steps sinking into the heated pool. The stunning pool area is complemented with loungers resting in shallow water attached to the pool. There is a hot tub area and gazebo with outdoor sofas and plenty of seating for comfort and outside dining.
From the spacious entrance is a grand staircase leading to the four bedrooms. The master bedroom has its own wing of the house, whilst three of the bedrooms can be provided with a travel cot. All bedrooms in Hampton House are furnished to a very high standard with en-suites and air conditioning.

Longford Cottage has been newly refurbished for 2023, and has been beautifully furnished; this cottage is a great choice for a holiday on the Isle of Wight. There are two double bedrooms, one of which is located on the ground floor, and a further snug with a chair bed and the best view. A beautiful kitchen with patio doors leading out to the garden, a charming living room, and a storage area for boot, coats, bicycles or kayaks and this room completes the ground floor. The absolute show stopper at Longford Cottage is the bathroom which definitely has the wow factor! There is a lovely garden with a stunning rural view. Sonos speakers have been installed throughout this beautiful cottage, so you can have music wherever you go.
Havenstreet is a delightful village approximately 2 miles from the seaside resort of Ryde. Havenstreet is home to the award-winning attraction which is the Isle of Wight steam railway. The village also has a great pub which also serves delicious food. There are many cycle trails from the village which will take you through beautiful rolling scenery. The “Island” as locals refer to it, has so much to offer such as The Needles, with its chairlift, amusement park, boat rides, lighthouse and coloured sands of Alum Bay. Blackgang Chine, Dinosaur Isle, Ventnor Botanical Gardens, Tapnell Farm Park, Carisbrooke Castle and Queen Victoria’s favourite holiday residence, Osborne House and its gardens are some of the attractions on offer. As you enter Zues you are greeted by a well-equipped and beautifully furnished apartment. The apartment has an open plan living area, which means you are not missing out on the fun whilst you are cooking. There is a double bedroom and a lovely bathroom with a shower. Zues has an outside seating area where you can relax with your morning coffee or maybe a glass of wine in the evening.
What is truly amazing about Zues is that you can walk to the beach in under 10 minutes. There are many bars and restaurants locally, some on the seafront itself and there is a fabulous cocktail bar on the high street. You can pick up your groceries here as there are two supermarkets in Sandown and corner shops too. There is a revetment walkway from Sandown which takes you to the neighbouring resort of Shanklin. Here you will find the famous Old Village and Shanklin Chine. There are great transport links in Sandown, you can ride the train and visit Ryde, a Victorian town with many bars and restaurants. Or you can hop on a bus to explore the island; in the summer months, there is an open top bus.

The position of Captain’s Cottage couldn’t be better, it is right in the heart of this beautiful seaside resort, with shops, bars, and restaurants on your doorstep. It’s only a 10-minute stroll to the wonderful sandy beaches too. Shanklin is one of the most popular seaside resorts on the island, home to the Old Village and Shanklin Chine. The seafront is packed with amusements, activities, and crazy golf courses. Within a moment’s walk of Captain’s Cottage is the bus station, which has great links to anywhere on the island and there is also an open-top bus in the summer season, great for sight seeing. At the end of the road, there is also a train station, which stops at several coastal towns. Osborne House was once Queen Victoria’s favourite residence and is open to the public and well worth a visit, as are Carisbrook Castle, The Needles rock formations, Robin Hill park with acres of parkland, natural woodland, countryside gardens, adventures, and special events, Ventnor Botanical Gardens and Shanklin Chine, a deep wooded gorge with streams and waterfalls.
