The property has been a successful world class residential recording studio for many years, and now, after extensive renovations, we have now opened our doors for short term lettings. The studio is available on request, and we also have on-site an equestrian centre and café, where you can book riding lessons and hacks. On the ground floor, the main living area is a light, spacious and open plan living, kitchen and dining areas, with a large open fire place. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need, including a 7-burner range cooker. The ground floor also contains a second iving room in the studio section, there are also two double bedrooms and a shower room with toliet. The first floor has its own open plan living space, three double and three single bedrooms and a shower room.
    You’ll be located just outside the quiet village of Bluebell Hill, with stunning views and walks on your doorstop. There is a great pub down the road, and the village of Maidstone is just 10 minutes away by car. You can even be in London for a night out within 50 minutes. As we do have neighbours we do ask that you are in from the garden by 9.00pm and when outside you are mindful of your noise levels and language. The property is situated in land classed as SSSI (a Special Site of Scientific Interest), and you can enjoys miles and miles of fantastic walk and views.
    The county town of Kent has excellent retail stores, pubs, clubs, coffee shops, cinemas and restaurants. Local areas of interest are Mote Park (set in 450 acres and includes woodlands and lakes), Leeds Castle, Chatham Historic Dockyard, Maidstone Museum and numerous golf courses. Nearby towns include Sevenoaks, Royal Tunbridge Wells, Rochester, West Malling, Folkestone, Dover and Whitstable. Brighton is only a 45-minute drive away! You are spoilt for choice if you want to go shopping, with the Bluewater shopping centre is a short 20-minute drive away, and Ashford Outlet Centre is 30-minutes away. Both are accessible by local public transport. If you wanted to go further afield and had your passport handy, you could be in Paris in 2 hours as Ebbsfleet and Ashford International Station are only 20 minutes’ drive away. Beach 19½ miles.

Bluewater Shopping Centre, one of the largest malls in Europe, is a major attraction nearby. Catch a bus from Dartford centre to reach the Bluewater mall east of town, browse more than 300 stores, then enjoy the mall’s many attractions. Play mini golf and ride pedalos on a man-made lake at the Pirate Cove Adventure Park. Parents can take a break at the Bluewater mall’s day spam, then head back into Dartford to visit The Mick Jagger Centre, which hosts community arts performances and live music concerts. The famous Rolling Stones lead singer was born here and used to sing in the local church choir.
