Kingfisher Oast is a Grade II listed building forming part of a country estate in the heart of Hollingbourne village.
The oast was used for the storage of hops, and there are cute markings in one of the bedrooms recording the hop pickers activities dating back to the mid 1700s. The ample bedroom has a super kingsize bed which can be separated into twin beds. The bedroom has wardrobes with space to hang clothes and shelves. A separate wardrobe is home to an iron and ironing board and a dustpan and brush. There is a dressing table with a hairdryer and a light-up make up mirror. A full length mirror is also on the front of the wardrobe. A Smart TV on the wall opposite the bed for those days when you just want to chill out in bed is there for your enjoyment. Accessed from the bedroom via a sliding pocket door is the shower room. This has a shower, wash hand basin and WC. The mirror over the basin has lighting and there is a shaver socket on the wall. Subtle low level spotlights allow the use of the WC without the need to put the main light on and the fan which is surprisingly quiet but could still be a disturbance in the night. The main room is both the kitchen and living space.
