Warenford Village serves as an excellent base from which to discover Northumberland and the Scottish border country. Parking in Rothbury is free and available in most of the small town.

The Simonside Hills are ideal for the serious walkers, or a gentle stroll along the River Coquet is perfect for those wanting a more relaxing holiday. Rothbury is set along the River Coquet where you can fish for salmon and trout. The golf course is very close should you be a keen golfer.
